unaffected and remain the same. You do not need to take any
action with the organizations.
Have my bank details changed?
No, your bank details remain unchanged. Your RIB, IBAN and
bank references can continue to be used without modification.
Will my contacts and digital services change?
No, you keep the same contacts, the same access, and the same login details. In addition, our app is gradually evolving to My BII. However, you continue to use your usual login and password.
